Shipping policy

Production and Shipping
Most pieces are made to order, which keeps production sustainable and reduces waste. Production typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the item, and shipping takes about 1 to 2 more weeks. Items that are in stock ship right away.

Multiple Packages
Different pieces are made by different production partners, so one order can arrive as a few packages.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Once an order enters production the address is set, so pieces sent to a wrong address can't be replaced. If you catch it right away, send a DM on Instagram (@dripdropwondershop) and email natalie@dripdropwondershop.com and it will be updated if it's still possible, though that can't be promised.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email natalie@dripdropwondershop.com a photo, your name, and your order number within 5 days of delivery. If the address was correct and a package is lost in transit, please email us.

International Shipping

Clothing, hats, and prints ship worldwide. Stickers, magnets, pins, and keychains ship within the US only. Returns and exchanges are not available on international orders. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, or you need help with an order, email natalie@dripdropwondershop.com and we'll help.
