Drip Drop Wonder Shop LLC

All original artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, and visual content created by Natalie Weinberg, operating under the artist brand ArtistNatalie (artistnatalie.com), are the exclusive intellectual property of Natalie Weinberg and Drip Drop Wonder Shop LLC and are protected under applicable copyright law.

Purchasing any product, print, file, or item through Drip Drop Wonder Shop does not transfer, assign, or license any copyright, reproduction rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork or design to the buyer. All rights not explicitly granted in a written license or signed contract remain with Natalie Weinberg / ArtistNatalie. Any use beyond personal display requires a written license or contract, regardless of what was purchased.

Without a written license or signed contract from Natalie Weinberg, you may not:

• Reproduce, copy, print, or display the work publicly

• Use the artwork to promote, advertise, or represent your own business, brand, or services on social media or anywhere else

• Reproduce the work as a tattoo

• Sell, resell, redistribute, or transfer the work or any reproduction of it to another party

• Incorporate the work into other designs or derivative works

• Use the work to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence model or system

• Produce or sell any item that mimics, copies, or is derived from the original design

Purchasing a print or any other product featuring original artwork by ArtistNatalie does not grant permission to reproduce that artwork as a tattoo. A separate tattoo license is required. Receiving a digital file as part of a tattoo license purchase is governed by the terms of that specific agreement.

Commercial commissions and licensed uses are available and governed by a separate written contract. That contract supersedes this general policy for the specific work and uses covered within it. To inquire, contact natalie@dripdropwondershop.com.

Drip Drop Wonder Shop also carries work by independent artists and makers. That work remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. Drip Drop Wonder Shop does not grant any rights to third-party artwork on behalf of those artists.

Our products are photographed and displayed using digital mockups. We do our best to use mockups that are as accurate as possible, however colors and details may appear differently on your screen depending on your device and display settings.

Replacements and exchanges are not available based on color difference alone.

You may shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please use accurate information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or your purchase of any product through Drip Drop Wonder Shop shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Juneau, Alaska.
